You will train in a range of styles, focusing on moving your body naturally and mindfully to achieve great results.

All fitness levels are catered for. I will be here every session, just for you, working with you to achieve your goals.

Personal Training is recommended, rather than group training if you -

  • Are recovering from an injury, illness or operation

  • Pre or post natal

  • Starting fitness training for the first time or after a long break.

  • Want one to one guidance and personal attention

  • Lack confidence training in front of others

  • Are preparing for an event which requires specialist support.

    What to expect from your first session - I will assess your movement range, get to know your preferred style of movement, any areas that need specific attention and guide you through a set of exercises paying close attention to technique.
