Pre or post natal
Starting fitness training for the first time or after a long break.

Lack confidence training in front of others
Are preparing for an event which requires specialist support.
What to expect from your first session - I will assess your movement range, get to know your preferred style of movement, any areas that need specific attention and guide you through a set of exercises paying close attention to technique.
