Strong, fit, flexible. Energised and productive!
The A.M Collective is a online workout programme and community.
Designed for busy people, who need / want to create new, healthy habits. Invest just 30 minutes a day and start seeing physical results in as little as two weeks. You’ll feel better after just one session!
ALL levels of fitness welcome!
The goal is simple. Start every morning with movement, connection and breathwork to create long lasting results, physically and mentally. Get out of your head and into your body.
How does it work?
We train Monday - Friday 06.45 - 07.15 (UK time), via Zoom.
Each session is dvided into three sections - mobility, HIIT / strength training and guided breathwork.
A new programme begins every Monday and we spend the week mastering new techniques and developing strength, flexibility and fitness.
Every Monday the session is recorded and shared, so that you don’t miss out if life gets in the way.

How soon can I get results?
Join me every morning to feel results in your first week. Expect some muscle aches, better flexibility, and improved mood.
Clients say that they see physical results in three weeks. I encourage you to value how you feel, more than what you see.
Visual results are a great way to track progress, but notice your increased strength, lack of back pain, better mood, etc, as more important markers of progress.
Expect your muscles to ache sometimes. This is a good sign that they are being challenged and they may be tight sometimes, that’s why we do mobility!
The A.M Collective story
When Mallorca went into lockdown on 13th March 2020 it was one of the strictest in Europe and came as a shock. On Saturday we were living life as normal, but on Sunday we woke up to full lockdown, everything stopped and only one adult at a time could leave the house for food.
I was completeky overwhelmed. My fitness studio closed, I couldn’t train my clients, leave the house to exercise and I, like everyone I knew was feeling very uncertain about what was coming next.
Mornings were the hardest. I was dragging myself out of bed, sliding slowly into an unproductive, uncertain day, and feeling disillusioned.
Many of my clients expressed that they were feeling the same and were asking me to do something online. It took me almost week to find the courage, I had never done anything online and I wanted to get it right.
I put every bit of my knowledge and understanding into creating the right programme. Everything I’d absorbed from my coaches, observed in myself and my clients, plus all I’d learnt through researching longevity, mindset, breathing and the body.
Everything I have learnt told me that it had to be daily, in the morning, live, connect me to the community, be functional, include mobility, strength training, cardio, to give a total body workout and finally, it had to include conscious breathing to help us to face whatever the day may bring.
We began as a group of 20 of us in the village (plus kids, dogs and partners). We needed to see each other more than ever, have a reason to get up and look after ourselves, body and mind.
Exercise is the perfect antidote to lockdown and isolation. We become mentally and physically stronger. Our energy levels rise and mood improves.
Since then friends and family on and off the island have joined us and now many of us can’t imagine not starting each day together.
Humans need connection, it is a basic human psychological need. We need to feel part of something. Getting up at a regular time, seeing the same smiling faces, checking in, saying ‘Hi’, knowing we are all working out together, wherever we are, whatever we are going through creates a feeling of togetherness and gives us purpose. We can’t always be together physically, as we’ve learnt this year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t connect socially and positively.
